My Story
Ever since I was little I have loved spending time with animals, namely horses and dogs. When I was much younger I remember watching an episode of 'The Supervet' and seeing the amazing job the physiotherapists did in order to rehabilitate an animal after surgery. This lead me on to research careers within this field, discovering the Veterinary Physiotherapy profession. As a result of this, I channeled all my GCSE and A-Level study at school in order to get into university to study Veterinary Physiotherapy. In 2017 I started at Writtle University College on the Veterinary Physiotherapy degree, and after four years of study I graduated with a Master's in Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2021. Since graduating, I have set up my own business 'Jordan Thomas Veterinary Physiotherapy' and it has been a great journey so far! I have had amazing opportunities and I have been so fortunate to have worked with lots of lovely horses, dogs and owners.
When I am not working I adore spending time with my horse, Flash. Flash played a huge role helping me through my degree, allowing me to revise my anatomy, as well as practice the different manual techniques and electrotherapy applications.
